Lincoln Lake Camp Staff

  • Jim Lockwood, Executive Director

    Jim Lockwood has served as Executive Director of Lincoln Lake since 2009. He oversees the year-round staff and provides organizational leadership for the camp. He has 15 years of experience in local church leadership and pastoral ministry. Jim earned a B.S. in Ministry Leadership and Management from Cornerstone University and is a graduate of the Word of Life Bible Institute in New York.  Email Jim.

  • Micah Steiner, Director of Ministries

    Micah Steiner has served on the Lincoln Lake staff since 2012. Micah serves as staff writer, creating our written devotionals for staff and guests. He disciples our seasonal staff, and serves as the host for of our guest rental groups. He is a graduate of the Word of Life Bible Institute in New York, and is involved with student ministries at his local church.  Email Micah.

  • Teri Marsman, registrar

    Teri Marsman has served at Lincoln Lake since 2010 in the role of registrar. This mother of two is a third-generation camper and former support staff member who is passionate about the ministry at Lincoln Lake. Teri has been a long time youth leader at her church and serves on the mission task force.  Email Teri.

  • Kelsey Nolle, guest services manager

    Kelsey has served on the Lincoln Lake staff since 2016.  She is responsible for hosting and serving guest groups at camp each weekend.  Her constant supervision over each weekend will help make time spent at Lincoln Lake even more enjoyable for each guest. Email Kelsey.

  • Brett Beimers, Administrative staff

    Brett joined the staff at Lincoln Lake this fall as administrative staff. He served as a counselor in 2006 & 2007. He is responsible for many behind the scenes tasks which help the camp run smoothly. He graduated from Cornerstone University in 2006 with a B.S. in Pastoral Ministry and from Baptist Bible Seminary in Pennsylvania in 2009 with a M.A. in Bible. Email Brett.

  • jordan steiner, intern

    Jordan joined Lincoln Lake this year as an intern.  He served this past summer as one of our program directors and did a great job.  He is now responsible for maintenance jobs, assisting with guest groups, and various other tasks.  We are excited and blessed to have him with us.  Email Jordan.

    Kim joined Lincoln Lake this year as an intern.  She served this past summer as the chapel coordinator, retail supervisor and anything else asked of her.  She is now responsible for our social media presence, assisting with guest groups, and various other tasks.  We are excited and blessed to have her with us.  Email Kim.
